Whether it’s a dog or any other cherished companion, I’ll create a unique wooden figurine complete with a personalised puzzle heart - just like the rest of the beloved wooded dog figurine collection.
 
After placing your order, simply send me a clear side photo of your pet. I’ll use it as inspiration to handcraft a stylised, artistic interpretation in the signature Little Paws Big Heart style.
If you don’t have a picture, simply let me know your dog's breed, mix, or a short description.
 
You are welcome to send a photo BEFORE purchasing so I can confirm the design. Once I give the green light, you can go ahead and place your order with confidence.
 
Important to note:
Each custom figurine is lovingly handcrafted and inspired by your dog but it won’t be an exact replica in shape or colour. Instead, it’s a stylised, artistic creation that celebrates your pet in the signature Little Paws Big Heart style. As each figurine is custom made to order, returns or cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed.

How it works:
1. Send me a message with a clear side photo of your pet. If you don’t have one, a good description or the name of the breed works too. 
2. Please allow me to review your photo and confirm the design. Once I’ve given the green light, you can go ahead and purchase the listing.
3. Select your preferred figurine colour from the options in the listing. Custom colours need to be discussed beforehand, otherwise all figurines will come in natural wood colour. If purchasing a personalised figurine, add the name or date you'd like engraved on the heart.
4. Within 5–7 working days, I’ll send you a photo of your custom design. You can request up to two edits to make sure it feels just right.
5. Once the figurine is made, I'll carefully package it in eco-friendly materials, and ship it straight to your chosen address.
 
From request to shipping, please allow 1–2 weeks for your bespoke piece to be completed and dispatched. No custom figurines can be made during the festive season. 
 
Your figurine will arrive in a natural linen bag and packaged using biodegradable or recyclable materials.
 
This is more than a wooden dog figurine, it’s a lasting tribute to your most loyal companion and the joy they bring into your life. This will also make a thoughtful custom gift for a dog owners who’s lost a beloved pet.
